Meet Moises Lee
Co-Founder of Right Way Pools
Moises Lee is a Southwest Florida-based real estate and new construction professional with over a decade of experience in high-volume residential sales and homebuilder operations.
Raised in Southwest Florida, Moises began his career in mortgage loan origination before transitioning into corporate sales. He later earned his real estate license, building a strong foundation in both the financial and transactional sides of the housing industry.
He spent more than a decade with Lennar Homes, one of the nation's largest homebuilders, where he sold over 600 homes and served as one of only five Area Sales Managers selected to lead the company's largest division. In that role, he managed teams, oversaw high-volume operations, and was directly involved in the onboarding and execution of home and pool construction projects from contract through closing.
That experience gave Moises a clear view of where the construction industry consistently falls short—and the conviction to do something about it. He co-founded Right Way Pools on a straightforward belief: homeowners deserve a better experience, and delivering it starts with putting the customer first.
As Co-Founder of Right Way Pools, Moises leads client relationships with a hands-on approach, focused on clarity, professionalism, and accountability at every stage.

Meet Jayger Bendezu
Jayger Bendezu is a third-generation general contractor, born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida. Immersed in the trade from an early age alongside his father, he carries forward a multi-generational legacy of construction in Southwest Florida.
After becoming a licensed general contractor at age 24, he went on to earn his real estate license—a combination that gives him a rare ability to see each project through both a builder's and a homeowner's lens.
Over the past decade, he has led his own construction business through hundreds of residential and commercial projects across the region. His experience spans site preparation, structural construction, new home development, and lanai integration—giving him a comprehensive understanding of how the pool, home, and outdoor living space work together as a single cohesive build.
As Co-Founder of Right Way Pools, Jayger oversees execution and quality on every project. His approach is straightforward: take ownership, deliver on commitments, and make sure every finished project reflects what the company stands for.
